Our Whiskey Barrel Aged Coffee is a study in patience, wood, and inheritance. Built from single origin Guatemala coffee and rested for 30 days in a bourbon barrel before being roasted to order, it takes on a deeper register without losing its composure. The barrel does not overwhelm the cup so much as haunt it, leaving behind traces of oak, spirit, and warmth that move through the coffee like a remembered fire in an empty room. What begins as origin becomes atmosphere. What was already finely grown becomes darker in implication, more layered in its aftertaste, more difficult to forget.
