At Devil’s Lantern Coffee Co., every order is fulfilled by a trusted third-party roasting and fulfillment partner. This means your coffee is roasted, packed, and shipped directly through our fulfillment provider in order to keep the process efficient and ensure your order is prepared with care.

Orders typically ship within 5–7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on carrier conditions, holidays, weather, volume, or other factors outside our control. While many orders arrive within the expected timeframe, some shipments may take longer depending on the delivery service.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information if available. Please note that shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Devil’s Lantern Coffee Co. is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information entered at checkout.

Because our products are fulfilled by a third-party partner, we may not be able to make changes to an order once it has entered processing or production.
