We care about freshness and quality, and we do our best to ensure your coffee is prepared and packed with care. Our coffees are roasted, bagged, and sealed based upon your specific roast/flavor and grind preference, and then immediately shipped.
What is a post-roast blend?
A post-roast blend is created by roasting each coffee separately and blending them afterward for greater control over flavor, balance, and consistency.
What does single origin mean?
Single origin means the coffee comes from one country, region, or specific producing area rather than being blended from multiple sources.
Do you offer seasonal coffees year round?
Some seasonal-style coffees may be available year round, depending on the product. Availability is always shown on the product page.
Orders & Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the carrier. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
How can I track my order?
You can use the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking is usually issued within 24-48 hours once an order has been placed and fulfilled. Tracking will be emailed to you separately.

No. We are accepting U.S. domestic orders only at this time.

Because coffee is a perishable consumable product, we do not accept general returns on coffee, pods, or other edible items.
What if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping container.
What if I do not like the coffee I ordered?
Taste is subjective, so we do not offer refunds based on flavor or roast preference. If something was not the right fit, you are welcome to contact us.
Do you offer refunds?
Approved issues involving damaged, defective, or incorrect orders may qualify for a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
