Our Ugandan coffee is a single origin coffee with quiet depth and refined character. Grown in the Sipi region of the Kapchorwa District at 1,500 to 2,500 meters, this fully washed, sun-dried coffee opens with mild acidity and a light body, then gives way to floral notes, chocolate, and dark fruit. Its layered profile is shaped by a distinguished mix of varietals: Bourbon for sweetness and balance, SL14 and SL28 for structure and cup quality, and Blue Mountain for a smooth, elegant finish. The result is a cup that feels bright, clean, and quietly expressive, offering a lighter, more delicate side of dark character.
