Our Peruvian coffee is a medium roast with quiet elegance and a polished, golden warmth. Grown in the Piura and Amazonas regions by the Cooperativa Agricola de Servicisios Norandino, this single origin unfolds with notes of salted caramel, silky sweetness, and a lifted thread of citrus that keeps the cup clean and composed. Varietals include Caturra, Bourbon, Catuai, Pache, and Catimor bring depth and subtle structure, while clay mineral soils and elevations of 1100 to 1700 meters shape a cup that feels balanced, refined, and quietly radiant. Gully washed and dried in the sun, this coffee carries a smooth clarity that lingers with restraint.
