Our Honduras coffee is a medium-dark roast with a low, burnished glow, the kind of coffee that feels less like brightness and more like warmth gathering in the dark. In the cup, caramel, brown sugar, and spice move together with quiet precision, creating a profile that is smooth, enveloping, and subtly commanding. The sweetness is deep rather than sugary, the spice restrained rather than sharp, giving the coffee a sense of poise and inner heat. It is the sort of cup that lingers like incense in wood-paneled air, rich with presence and impossible to rush.

Sourced from 1,500 grower-members of Cafe Organics Marcala in La Paz, this coffee is shaped by elevations of 1300 to 1700 meters, clay mineral soils, and a fully washed process followed by sun drying. Varieties including Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra, Lempira, and Typica lend the cup its layered structure and composed finish. Our Honduran coffee is not loud, but it is memorable. It offers a darker kind of sweetness, crafted for slow ritual, steady focus, and those who prefer their indulgence with depth, polish, and a touch of shadow.
