Guatemala
Our Guatemalan coffee is a medium roast with depth, radiance, and a beautifully controlled intensity. Sourced from smallholder farmers in Antigua Guatemala, this single origin coffee unfolds with notes of dark chocolate, bright fruit, and butterscotch, creating a cup that feels layered, polished, and quietly decadent. The darker sweetness grounds the profile, while the fruit lifts it with a subtle brightness that keeps the cup alive from first sip to finish. It is richness without excess, elegance without fragility.
Grown between 1200 and 1616 meters in volcanic loam, this coffee draws part of its character from the fertile force beneath it. Varietals including Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra, and Typica bring nuance and balance, while the fully washed, sun-dried process lends the cup its clean structure and refined clarity. Guatemala offers a more gilded side of dark character, warm with sweetness, touched by brightness, and shaped by quiet precision. It is a coffee for candlelit mornings, slower rituals, and those who prefer their indulgence layered, luminous, and just a little dangerous.
